Day 1: Arusha → Tarangire National Park

  • Early pick-up; 2–3 hrs drive via Maasai steppe.
  • Game drives among baobabs and large elephant herds; look for lions, giraffes, buffalo.
  • Picnic lunch in the park; sunset exit.
  • Overnight: Tarangire area or Karatu (lodge/camp).

    • Day 2: Tarangire → Serengeti (Central/Seronera)
  • Scenic transit via Ngorongoro highlands to Naabi Hill Gate.
  • Game drive into Seronera—excellent for big cats and resident plains game.
  • Overnight: Central Serengeti (tented camp/lodge)..
    • Day 3: Full Day in Serengeti

  • Dawn and afternoon game drives (optional hot-air balloon, extra).
  • Track predators near watercourses; watch for cheetah on open plains.
  • Overnight: Central Serengeti..

    • Day 4: Serengeti → Ngorongoro/Karatu

  • Sunrise game drive; exit Serengeti by late morning.
  • Transit to Ngorongoro with wildlife stops; arrive crater rim/Karatu by evening.
  • Overnight: Ngorongoro rim or Karatu.

    • Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater → Arusha / JRO

  • Early descent; 5–6 hrs on the crater floor (chance of black rhino, lions, hippos).
  • Picnic by the Hippo Pool; afternoon drive back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport.
