Day 1: Arusha → Tarangire National Park

  • Early pick-up; 2–3 hrs drive via Maasai steppe.
  • Game drive among baobabs and large elephant herds; look for lions, giraffes, buffalo.
  • Picnic lunch in the park; late-afternoon exit.
  • Overnight: Tarangire area or Karatu.

    • Day 2: Karatu → Serengeti National Park (Central)
  • Scenic drive via Ngorongoro highlands to Naabi Hill Gate (5–6 hrs with stops).
  • Game drive into Seronera—excellent for big cats year-round.
  • Sunset game viewing en route to camp.
  • Overnight: Central Serengeti (lodge/tented camp).
    • Day 3: Full Day in Serengeti

  • Dawn and afternoon game drives; track predators and plains game.
  • Optional hot-air balloon at sunrise (extra).

  • Sunrise game drive; exit Serengeti by late morning.

    • Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater → Arusha ✈ Zanzibar

  • Early descent into the crater; 5–6 hrs game drive (chance of black rhino, lions, hippos).
    • Picnic by the Hippo Pool; afternoon drive to Arusha. Evening flight to Zanzibar; transfer to beach resort. Overnight: Zanzibar (beach).

    Day 6: Zanzibar (Beach & Spice Island)

  • Leisure day on the beach or optional tours: Spice Farm, Stone Town, Prison Island, snorkeling at Mnemba (extra).
  • Overnight: Zanzibar (beach).

    • Day 7: Zanzibar → Departure

  • Morning at leisure; transfer to ZNZ Airport for onward flight.
  • Trip ends.
